Goals

This course is designed to introduce students to the requirements, process and techniques for successful completion of the California Fire/Life Safety Technician Certification exam. Each student will complete and submit an application, understand the fee schedule and be familiarized with the test process. This course includes an overview of the National Electrical Codebook as it applies to fire alarm systems as well as the NFPA 72 Fire Alarm Codebook. Students will practice for the exam using our Classroom Performance System which simulates test questions.

Short Description

Registration may be done in person at the JATC or you can complete the registration form which is available on our website at www.ocett.org on the Journeyman classes tab and mail to JATC along with the class fee to the address below. Limited Space is Available. All registrants must be members in good standing of IBEW Local 441 or Orange County Chapter of NECA.
